Mobile escape rooms that come to you
Puzzle Room Escape brings sophisticated, high-tech escape room entertainment directly to your location. We create an immersive room-within-a-room experience inside almost any suitable indoor room or event space. Outdoor setups may also be possible depending on the event and conditions.
Each portable escape room includes themed banners or drapes, décor, props, music, special effects, challenging clues, interactive locking mechanisms, and an on-site game manager portraying a character from the storyline.
Games can be adapted for adults, teens, children, families, seniors, corporate groups, schools, camps, and community events. Puzzle Room Escape has provided mobile escape room experiences throughout Florida since 2018.
What we need from you
We generally need a minimum of 250 to 300 square feet of indoor space for each escape room, along with usable tabletop space. Existing tables, furniture, countertops, and similar surfaces may be incorporated into the setup.
For the best setup, please provide:
Approximately six five-foot rectangular tables, or equivalent tabletop space, for each room
Tables or surfaces at least 28 inches wide whenever possible
Access to electrical outlets for two power strips
One chair
If available, one television with an HDMI connection and internet access
Round tables can be used when necessary, although rectangular tables generally work better. Please allow approximately two or more hours to set up one room and about three hours or more for multiple rooms.

Room features
Pipe frameworks with custom-designed drapes or banners create the themed playing area inside your room or venue.
Clues, graphics, devices, boxes, and traditional locks provide a variety of challenges.
Computer-based triggering devices activate surprises or unlock additional clues when players complete the correct sequence.
Props, décor, special effects, and themed music add atmosphere and immersion.
A professional game manager portrays a character from the storyline, monitors the game, and provides clues when needed.
Two main themed games are available and may be expanded or divided to provide additional simultaneous games when required.
Customized and personalized games
We can personalize an existing game to match your event, celebration, holiday, organization, or promotional theme. Customization may include additions to the storyline, personalized clues, graphics, names, photos, and references to your guests or organization.
Personalized elements can feature:

Hobbies, interests, products, services, school history, or company information
Holiday, religious, celebration, and event themes
Restaurant, bar, retail, convention, meeting, and trade-show promotions
Customized game fees generally start at $100 and vary according to the amount of new material required.
Game details
Most games work best with 8 to 10 players at a time. Eight players is ideal for many team-building events, although group size is flexible.
Games may run from 10 to 60 minutes.
Allow approximately 5 to 15 minutes to reset the room after each game.
Most games are suitable for ages 8 and older.
Special versions are available for children ages 6 and 7.
Difficulty, fright level, humor, and play-in-the-dark options can be adjusted for the group.
No physical strength or special athletic ability is required.
The games are accessible and designed to be easy to maneuver through.
Schools and educational groups
Puzzle Room Escape is an approved Florida school vendor through Palm Beach County and is fully background certified to work with students. We provide games for student celebrations, enrichment programs, graduations, camps, and other school events.
Our escape rooms are also popular for teacher and staff team building. We frequently work with schools serving students with learning differences and students on the autism spectrum, and we can adjust the presentation and difficulty for the group.
Special pricing may be available for schools and nonprofit organizations.
Client Assisted Program for multiple rooms
For larger groups requiring two to four different escape rooms, our Client Assisted Program helps provide the best value. Because we travel throughout Florida and operate with limited staffing, the client supplies several helpers for specific portions of the event.
Client assistance may include:
Move-in: At least one person for approximately 15 minutes, depending on the location
Setup: One to four people to help raise the pipe, drape, and banner framework for approximately 10 to 25 minutes
Game management: One person to monitor and reset the second room after each game
Additional rooms: One game manager for each third or fourth room
Breakdown and move-out: One to four people for approximately 30 to 45 minutes
When games run on a tight schedule, an additional person may be helpful with resetting locks, clues, and devices between groups. We provide instructions and training for the assigned helpers.
Pricing and travel
Pricing is based on the number of rooms, hours of play, setup and breakdown requirements, staffing, customization, and travel. A typical large-group booking includes approximately five hours of games in addition to setup and breakdown time.
For groups of 100 or more, pricing can be as low as one-third of the cost of traditional brick-and-mortar escape rooms. Groups of 60 or more can often save substantially compared with transporting everyone to a fixed-location escape room.
Our home base is South Florida. We also serve Southwest and Central Florida. Travel discounts may be available when your event can be scheduled immediately before or after another booking in your area. Additional discounts may be available for large events with 200 or more participants or for multi-day bookings.
Our largest booking to date served approximately 700 players over three days.
Home parties
Home parties are available in South Florida for groups of approximately 20 to 30 participants, typically with about three hours of games. Home events may also be available in other parts of Florida when scheduled immediately before or after another booking in that area.
Living rooms, dining rooms, club rooms, and similar spaces can often be used. Existing furniture and countertops may become part of the setup, and we will discuss the available space and table requirements before the event.
